We at PAWC “THANK YOU” for your kind support, your encouraging words, and your commitment to repair our world in its time of need.

“Gratitude means thankfulness, counting your blessings, noticing simple pleasures, and acknowledging everything that you receive. It means learning to live your life as if everything were a miracle, and being aware continuously of how much you’ve been given.”

~ Marelisa Fábrega

Happy Thanksgiving!

ABOUT ASAL

Asal Dean (Dr. Asal Azizoddin) received her Bachelor’s Degrees in Psychology and General Biology at the University of California, San Diego. She continued her academic career at Midwestern University, College of Pharmacy—Glendale, where she received her Doctorate of Pharmacy. Asal further expanded her pharmacy training by completing her first year of Post-Doctorate Residency training at Banner Health in Phoenix, Arizona, followed by the second year of Post-Doctorate Residency training specializing in oncology pharmacy at Kaiser Permanente in Fontana, California.
Asal’s journey to becoming a Gratitude coach started when she was practicing gratitude while working as an oncology pharmacist at a cancer clinic. Her patients were her primary life professors. They taught her that extending one’s gratitude to the people around us is at the core of the human experience. During her time at the clinic, she started experiencing how the gravity of this practice can impact one’s outlook on life, especially sharing one’s gratitude with others. She has made a promise to humanity to enlighten people and share this universal practice with the world.

As a Gratitude coach, Asal is committed to inspiring and motivating people to express gratitude and experience human connection. Through her work, which includes workshops, journaling series, and private events, participants tap into a mindset of gratitude, are inspired, experience connection through sharing, and most importantly, engage in memorable events with others through the lens of gratitude. As a result of this pandemic, Asal crafted the 22 Day Gratitude Journey that supports all participants in creating a strong gratitude practice and discovering its benefits along their journey. Her commitment to serving and empowering people is clear Gratitudegrams, which are pocket-sized tokens of appreciation to influence people to share their gratitude. She is excited to lead this movement and to connect with you all!

Participants can join the 22 Day Gratitude Journey up by either paying $27 via Venmo @thegratitudegrams or signing up online through the website link by clicking HERE.
